The venue is fairly clean and reasonably spacious, views are marvellous, the location is perfect near both Sunnega, the valley above the town, the city center. Terrific staff and attention to detail.

Proactive staff, fabulous room, in general I loved this functional hotel. Breakfast was traditional, lots of food, little balcony. I slept so comfy in the quiet bed. The staff did all they can for a fantastic stay. Very quick check in and in general brilliant service.

I had a very very good experience here, everything was perfect, the location was brilliant close enough to Sunnegga cable car. Beautiful, luxury room with balcony. And the lighting was good.

We loved staying 4 nights here. The breakfast was warm, had plenty of food like cheese, fruit and cereal. The room was spacious, fairly clean with a wonderful bathroom. The provided service was outstanding too. Neighboring hotel in a very quiet area of Zermatt...

The remote location, GENERALLY NICE staff - bright hotel. Meals here were nice and fine. Had soft drinks in the night bar.

It's nice base for visiting some must see attractions in Zermatt. The restaurant was located within 400 metres. It was worth its 3 stars.

Fuchs bistro and bakery is just a walk down to the hotel. Even the Sion airport was not so far.
